Scott CR1 Team (Mid 2000’s?) Help With Asking Price

This was my wife's bike but she no longer feels comfortable riding on the road. I would like to sell or trade to get her a mountain bike, but I don't know what value to put on this bike. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We bought this from a bike shop mechanic and my wife put around 300 miles on it. I would clean it up before listing. It has been hanging in our garage for years. Thanks
