I just bought new bike and managed to drop it on the first day. The frame was already a little bit bent before but after my drop the wheel started touching the frame. I tried calling few repair shops and they said they don't fix frames. One guy told me he could adjust the spokes and straighten the wheel. The frame is made of aluminum I believe.

Is that a cracked chainstay? Or just a sticker?
Probably? You need to find a shop that does that sort of repair.
Is it insured?
