This is the deadliest virus on our planet… but, human cells are safe. The deadliest virus on our planet only feasts on bacteria, aptly named: Bacteriophage – bacteria eater. Now that our antibiotics aren’t as effective against the ever-evolving multiresistant bacteria, phages are a promising tool for defending ourselves in the future. They are highly specialized so they only attack the bacteria they’re supposed to, reducing the side effects of a treatment.

This is the deadliest virus on our planet. It consists of a tiny 20-yfaced die that harbors its DNA and a tube with a pointy spike for docking onto its prey. Once docked, it inserts its DNA into the victim to replicate itself. The host is powerless and can only wait for its destruction. A blast that spews out new phasages that can repeat the process. But human cells are safe. The deadliest virus on our planet only feasts on bacteria. It’s aptly named bacteria phagee, bacteria eater. Now that our antibiotics aren’t as effective against the ever evolving multi-resistant bacteria, phages are a promising tool for defending ourselves in the future. They’re highly specialized, so they only attack the bacteria that they’re supposed to, reducing the side effects of a treatment. And now you can have a fagee to protect your very own home. Instead of bacteria, it devours bad vibes and lonely days. And with six tails, it can give much tighter hugs than anyone

  1. These were very common in the soviet Union until later on πŸ˜‚ Stalin didn't believe in antibiotics, he used to say that they made doctors lazy and would cause problems in the long run… he directed soviet doctors to investigate a "healing pool" near his home town in Georgia. They discovered some of the earliest known Bacteriophages. It requires more work to use a Bacteriophage, as described in the video, you need to identify the bacterial family first, but, they are relatively cheap to produce, and once injected they keep going until the target bacteria are all dead… so there is no room for resistance πŸ˜‚ because of Stalin, there are a large number of known effective Bacteriophages against most known families of infectious bacteria…. meaning antibiotics resistance is not really an issue for those with access to that library of phages.

  2. It's actually a LOT more important than it seems. A lot of bacteria these days get immunity from antibiotics, and the most horrific thing is that there might be a day when antibiotics will never work, so this little bacteriophage will help us a ton.
