This is a race bike. It will be stiff, and fit aggressively. It’s also only going to fit max, 28mm tires, which is pretty narrow for road bikes by todays standards. I also wouldn’t be surprised if this thing maxed out at 25mm.
If fast mile munching on *smooth* tarmac, perhaps in a group, is what you are looking for, this is a great entry point. Could work well as an entry level race bike too. For anything else, it’s difficult to call this practice.

I paid double that for a 10yo specialized roubaix with rim brakes, so yeah that’s a great deal

Ahhh, Cervelo S2, the first gen of it too. Likely from like 2010-2011 if I had to guess with the components. Sram rival 10 speed groupset, Those look like some very basic shimano RS series rim brake wheels, probably like $150 brand-new. Ride feel of this bike is very jarring and rough. Nothing is proprietary on it, except that carbon seatpost, but if that cracks, you’re looking at spending $200-$300 sourcing an OEM one online. and that could take months… having said all that…
It’s honestly a steal at $350. Yes it’s over a decade old, but you’re still getting a full carbon frame and fork with a qualtiy groupset for dirt cheap. This bike would’ve been easily 4k back in the day, which would be equivalent to like 6k in today’s money.
Just make sure there are no cracks in the frame or anything.

It’s a good deal but sounds like a terrible fit for your purpose.
