Loons like it might be a custom made frame. Especially if it doesn’t have a serial number — not sure if all ti-bikes omit the serial number but most commercially made bikes have one and this one doesn’t

I don’t think that’s a litespeed – looks like one of the custom Chinese frames that were popular in the early 2000’s. You could send your geo and boss needs and they’d ship you a full custom frame for 70% of a lynskey etc

Oh… is that a 50th anniversary Campagnolo seatpost? That may be valuable, not sure. I’d post that pic to r/vintage_bicycles
