  1. Don’t think there’s that much between them if you want to do a fixie conversion. Choose the one that fits you.

  2. Neither of these bikes is a fixed gear so none of these. A conversion is a fool’s errand and especially as a first fixed gear.
Find a fuji feather or an old track frame if you want a retro looking bike.

  3. It looks like the Centurion has horizontal dropouts would would make setting the proper chain tension easier.

    They’re all very different sizes.

The universe would be my first pick due to being just old enough to not have brazed on dot shifter bosses.

  5. The Fuji Tiara looks like it has short, maybe even vertical dropouts that won’t allow for easy chain adjustment.

The Centurion- Its a Comp TA, one if their higher end, racy road bikes, probably around 1985. That’s actually a really nice vintage bicycle, it has the horizontal dropouts, which will make a single speed more feasible. But personally, that seems too nice to split it from the nice old Shimano 600 (ultegra) parts.

And the Univega would be a good conversion, it has long dropouts that will allow you to easily adjust chain tension, and room to run larger, comfy tires.

What are the prices they are asking? Also, the sizes in the bikes vary a TON, the Centurion is much smaller than the Univega. How tall are you?
