
Alright guys, i know it don’t look like much progress from yesterday, but I am BEAT UP. My legs look like I survived some kind of violent attack. I have on 3 pairs of super fluffy PJ pants in this video so I don’t hurt myself more. I told my wife I would avoid BMXing today 😩
Let’s talk recovery and stretches!! I can deal with the bumps and bruises, but my muscles hurt, and I think it’s because I never stretch. What stretches do y’all do before you hop on your bike???
Also, I’ve already messaged some folks on FB Marketplace about some protective gear for my legs and my head, so v v soon!!

wow day 3? thats insane hop for day 3 keep hopping man
Hopping will make you sore for the first week but it goes away. As your technique improves it takes less exertion to get up. Good work
