I bought this little ingenious tool for only $17 bucks from home depot, and it’s one my new favorite lawn care accessories – makes bagging so much easier and faster, plus holds way more debris than those other “holders”.
Those aren’t anything new… my grandpa has had one since as early as I can remember. It’s the exact same, does even have any brand names in it but it serves the same job
These overzealous lawn guys are my favorite stops, best tippers after you leave that bag sitting for couple weeks 😂. The grass clippings will start breaking down pretty quick as the bacteria in grass gets to work. It'll get hot ASF in that plastic bag and release methane without oxygen. This is why we have waste disposal guidelines. When it's disposed in proper paper bags or directly into "approved" 🧐 carts it reduces the methane substantially in a oxygen rich environment aka composting landfill. Can you dump it in the trash? Sure. But no telling what the chemical reactions could be with trash. Most trash also goes through a transfer station then before going to landfill. That means it'll be a worker breathing this stuff inside a most likely not properly ventilated building.
I leave some grass clippings as fertilizer, but sometimes it's too much and turns into thatch, and you'd have to dethatch the lawn at the end of the season. But on a different topic, he should be using a paperbag, not a plastic bag. Also, I wonder if this grass can be used as an animal feed.

This is what the woods were made for. My property is surrounded on 3 sides by deep forest. Apparently I saved myself $17 by doing what a normal person does and just dumping the clippings in the woods.
Over a decade ago, I sold by big house with a big lawn and moved in to place with a rock lawn. Watching your video reminded me how much I despise lawn maintenance.

My mower bag fits perfectly into a paper refuse bag, which is biodegradable. All I see here is a bunch of unnecessary plastic.

Not time efficient at all
This is a cool video clip. It looks very relaxing.
Had these back in the 80's.. A dollar and fitty cent!
That’s just a canjam can.
Why is this in a garbage bag
its best to throw away all that bio mass and nutrients so you have to spend more money on fertilizers later
I love that mower. How about a link
In a plastic bag…lol. Come on, use paper leaf bags
You could save a lot of money by not using plastic instead of just getting mulching lawn mower?

Can i ask the brand name of the mower you use int this yt clip 😁?
15 minutes mow job turns into 2 hours because you have to stop every 10 feet to put the shavings in a bag.
At the end, that’s the trash bag she tells you not to worry about.

Don’t forget to reuse or recycle the bag😂
Straight to the comment section 😂
Straight to the comment section 😂 to see what someone's saying that I wasn't even thinking of 😂
Almost time to rack up the balls, who break is it?
Okay, that looked great but how do you move it?
This is something few women can really appreciate. A nice and full bag
Here in Canada we call that a crazy carpet and use it to slide down hills in the winter.

Wastage, put it into bins and compost
I think this is where my check comes Matcha come from
I have a compost pile. I throw clippings in there, it settles in like 2 days, never completely fills up.
I wouldn't be able to lift it 😂

It's basically a plastic mat?
If you mow regularly enough you don't need a catcher.
Who else thought the reel mower was $17 💀
Buy a motorcycle, bro! Grass is not that exciting. Lol
Premium efficiency!
Why are people here having an issue with using a trash bag for grass clippings?
Your trash pick up guys hate you!

What a douche
You can do this for free w cardboard but capitalism am I right ?
and in my county in Florida, they will not take plastic bag anymore. It has to be in paper or trash cans that can be emptied.
Just dump the clippings in the bin sheesh.
Shaving an unhealthy monoculture lawn.
