The wheel is something I bought and it's not fitting in the end it's not fitting by a lil amount I'm pretty sure if this is gone it'll fit and plus the other side doesn't have these two things

There are two washers on that end. Are you saying that the other end doesn’t have the washers? They are actually not required or you have typically one per side. It makes me think maybe they are that way to make the wheel better centered in the dropouts without re-dishing.
