  1. Pull the bar to ur hip and jump up like u would with no bike. When u get that right , crunch your legs until you hit the tire hit your ass or almost . Take some time to get the timing , but remember u go as hight as u pulling ur bar up

    Let your front foot come up as you’re pulling the front end up. The pressure on your front foot keeps the front wheel planted. It’s like going into a wheelie or manual. It takes practice to time it but hops are so much easier from just the back wheel instead of both.
