Saw this and wondering if it’s a good buy or not. This would be my first road bike as I’m hoping to get into it a bit more.
It doesn’t have the year model on there but I did first notice the brakes aren’t disc. Either way…thoughts on this?
They’re wanting $700 for it.

$700 is INSANE for this bike. This is a 10-15 year old entry level bike. It looks to be in good condition, but I wouldn’t pay more than $300
Looks to be a 2011 Allez Comp. Would be a great first road bike, especially if you’re just looking to dip your toe in and try it out without spending a fortune. But this price is insane.

Ok, so check chainware and chainrings. You should refresh those if its gone too much.
Also, look up on yt bike fit tuesday. Bite size info chunks that explain how to tune bike equipment to you.
