They make a tool that holds the bottom bracket remover on then you use a big wrench to loosen it, use a big wrench instead of the ratchet, use an automotive impact wrench

You know about the reverse thread on the drive side in bsa bb?

soak the BB with penetrant.
use a cheater pipe/tool.
try to use a spanner/wrench instead of ratchet tool.
if still doesnt budge, use a impact wrench or visit LBS

Non drive side first.

Penetrating oil (WD40 if that’s all you’ve got), boiling water on the shell, and a longer wrench should do it.
