If you have these 3 bikes, which 2 bikes would you keep, 1 to let go and why? All bike frames are aluminum with externally routed brakes/cables.
1) Intense Tracer T275a – Fox 36 Performance, 1x11S SLX, dropper seatpost, Shimano SLX brakes, renthal bars, non-boost
2) YT Capra 275Al (stock) – RockShox Lyrik, 1x12NX, SRAM Guide brakes
3) Devinci EVO Troy (stock) – Fox 36 Rythm, 1x12s SLX, Shimano SLX brakes, RockShox Deluxe rear shocks

Tracer no question. Much more dated. Bikes kinda settled down ~2020 but between 2015 and 2020 there were massive geo changes.
The Devinci would probably be the one I keep.
