Worcester boiler ignition error

so this is the end we’re getting on a Bo the engineer has already been here trying to fix it and he’s going back and he simply left the instruction that if a for comes back just um click on the reset we do not think it’s the right advice you gave us we should not have to be res resetting the border every time when I use it this is very dangerous
