You mounted your calipers wrong. Try the other position.
Are you sure that its from the caliber? The disc is hsrder material then your caliber and the mounting.
You should see traces on them when they hit the disc not on the disc
Flip the mounting adapter
Are there breakpads mountet?
I agree with u/FlakingEverything; use the other mounting holes in the frame.
Show us the full mounting of your caliper. It’s wrong but actually being able to see how it’s wrong will help us help you.
obvious question but do you have pads fitted inside the caliper?
the view up the disc shows a white/shiny material where id expect to see a dark/non-reflective material which would align with the disc showing scratches because the piston/pad pusher would be metallic
Need to mount caliber to other set of mount holes on frame.
