No. New groupset is probably needed, wheels definitely since its rimbrake. Aerobar is not comfy.
No..at 5.7 you should be on a larger frame. Closer to a 52cm. Depends on body proportion. 49 will be way too uncomfortable on long rides. I made the mistake of buying a road bike too small for me, when I first got into the sport. I got lucky the bike shop took it back. I’m 6 foot and ride a 57.
Likely too small and it’s pretty old for almost $500. I’d pass.
That’s a $200-$250 max bike. And will definitely be too small if you’re 5’7.

I think it is, but that opinion is not very popular here. You would be pretty hard pressed to find a better deal imo.
