Was literally just riding around and this popped out. Is my frame cooked or the bolt?
My buddy has the same frame and I tested his bolt on mine, and it still threads. Help?

always check your bolts once a week.
Is the frame smoothed out where the threads are? Could be vibration from a unspec torque or your frame cooked. I think the frame is cooked. helicoil that might get you by.
Frame is cooked. It can probably be repaired though.
If it still threads on tightly, you can try blue thread lock liquid on the bolt. But i would keep an eye on it during rides. If it still comes loose you could bump to red thread lock, but you might want a mecanic to check.

does it screw into the frame or is there internal axle ? either way, moar loctite ! lookup frame spec and get the torque right
