Had a crash with a car, non drivetrain side seat stay took the brunt of the damage along with a caliper/bolt. Frame is aluminum, no other noticeable damage there. Thoughts on whether this frame issue can be repaired/bent back into place? Salvageable or cooked?

You can’t safely bend it back. Will cost you more to repair it than buying a new frame.

It’s fucked. Harvest the parts and scrap the frame.
Aluminum is not safe to bend back. Cooked

N B D !!
Frame is dead. If I were in your shoes I’d buy a steel frame and put the parts on that. Check if your rear wheel is true too
Excited for your future new frame day!
