Spray completely matte black, remove all accessories, wear sunglasses and black Rapha at all times. Say nothing at the group rides. Don’t smile. If you must say anything limit it to “double espresso please”.

2) Consider moving to spain
3) Break your hip in the service of some guy winning the tour of poland and get paid 35k euros for the year

Drop a size or two on the frame. Based on your saddle height, this looks like too big a frame.
