Same as their eclat hub, allows it to be converted into a full cassette hub. A good option for anyone who what to mix their riding up
Edit – don’t buy from source, support local and/or a core store

As I said before. YES.
Its lighter then a regular freecoaster.
It has 3 slack settings and the option to run it as a cassette. (The switch only takes like 5 minutes)
Doesnt use a clutch like most freecoaster, so it doesnt have the usual issues.
Been running my first one for 2 years, never had to service anything or had any issues.

Easily The best rear hub on the market. Mine is at least 3 years old and never had a single problem with it.
It’s like buying two wheels for the price of one. The freecoaster is super reliable and maintenance free as opposed to the regular clutch based freecoaster you have to grease up quite often. Cassette feels great too.
Find your local independent Wethepeople dealer instead it buying from source. Support your local shop while they still exist.

i have the eclat hub which is same as this wtp and i have this wtp rim both are insanely good lightweight and reliable but if you like a lot of slack like normal freecoaster you may not like it because i use it on the biggest slack option and still way smaller slack than my friends hub which is the normal freecoaster but to me i have no problem and i like it so much i use them now for more than 1 year

Out of curiosity, are folks actually switching back and forth between coaster and cassette? I get the appeal from a marketing standpoint, but it doesn’t seem like a feature that you’d use more than a few times IRL.

Nope, the wavy spring breaks easily better off with the standard classic clutch like odyssey v2
