Hi, I need some help with my bike. I can't for the life of me figure out how to adjust my kickstand and I can't find any help. So please does anyone know how to adjust it?
From the bottom part, unscrew it. Then adjust the height and screw again. It has a special name but I can’t remember right now.

The ribbed section likely turns to give an inch or so of adjustment. You will likely find it stiff and need pliers or similar to get it to start moving.
If you are at the end of the adjustment already, unbolt the whole thing from the frame and use a vice and a hammer to alter the angle of the base plate to your advantage.

See those two bolts at the top, on your chainstay? Remove those, then remove the kickstand, then throw it away. Adjustment done.
