I think the rule should be that BOTH team members have to pedal AND the bike should have a lot on it. The people who win it’s only one person pedaling and they don’t have a lot on their bike
The last one won because they had the best technique. The front wheel was small so it's movement didn't make much impact on the overall movement of the cycle. Also the front driver didn't ride, he just kept his leg in front of the wheels to balance the ride and give direction, the guy at the back was giving the push. A great teamwork.
