I finally got my mustard yellow Primos Dame in the mail and assembled it immediately. I didn't have time for a long ride but the shake down ride in the neighborhood felt incredible. This is my first real gravel bike after trying an ozark trail last year. The frame is really comfortable and fits me well. It's a large 56cm and I'm 5'10" 185 lbs with a 32 in. inseam. The microshift sword 10 speed is crisp, but the tektro brakes leave a bit to be desired. Those will be replaced by Paul klampers long term. If you're on the fence about buying one, get it.

  1. I’m looking hard at these, they look really solid. I dig the aesthetic, and the build seems no-nonsense.

I wish the people on their website would wear helmets, though. Just my opinion.

  2. Yoyoyoy Im buying one of their site tomorrow. Do you know if they use ups? They haven’t answered me. Im trying to ship it to my local ups store for pickup! Cant wait for my dame!

  3. Just got one as well rides smooth and soaks up road bumps. Shifting still being broken in but amazing value for the $$

    God this bike is gorgeous.
I have a Kona Rove w/ Aluminum frame and it kinda looks similar, but this thing is truly beautiful.

  5. The super dame seems like the better option, hydraulic disc / electronic shifting out of the box. Same 4130 main tubes but a carbon fork.

I was looking at the super dame and saw it has electronic shifters. Does anyone here have experience with them? What’s the point?
