Strong yes for that price. Even if it doesn’t fit you can re-sell for that or few dollars more.

I know sometimes it’s just the angle of the photo, but if you look at this bike inspect the frame and fork for evidence of front impact, and check that the headset is smooth with no play; the fork looks slightly pushed back as can happen when you run your bike into something.

  3. Here’s my 2¢. What you’re really after in an MB-1 from that era is the Erik Koski fork. What’s magical about it is the short rake/thin tubing in combination with the geometry of the rest of the bike!

250$ is not half-bad since you’re getting a full build and all, but that fork does look slightly bent back on the picture, and if you have to hunt for a new one, it’s going to be a pain in the ass. The bottom line is that, without the fork, it’s just a tange prestige frame that says Bridgestone on it. However, if all is sound, then that’s one hell of a deal 🙂

The frame is awesome but what is up with that front fork ? 1 it doesnt look like the original fork and 2 it looks like fork / frame has been crashed in ?

    Idk inspect it before buying
