This evening when trying to lock my bike in one of those terrible racks that you can only lock your front wheel to, I thought I'd try to be clever and try to lock my rear wheel and chain-stay to it. Bike fell and bent the brake rotor quite a bit. It can barely move past the brake callipers in the section where it's been bent.
My question is is it feasible for me to try to true it or is this a replacement job?

You can buy a tool to try and bend it back. But that might be too far gone.
A pair of pliers can sometimes work in a pinch
Doesn’t hurt to try. If you don’t have the tool a crescent wrench closed on the rotor works.
You could try to bend that back. Sometimes works even with you hands (make sure they are clean or wear gloves).
Personally though, i wouldn’t bother and just replace it.
