i have the same stem its cheap but can handle bunnyhops and 180s on my fixedgear🤣.

I’d go for 40 cm bar because that’s what my shoulder width is but it’s personal preference

You can debadge those easily with some paint thinner.
That’s one of the most solid value per dollar bike components you can get.

Agree it’s personal preference, 38 is great for me, even better if it flares out in the drops a little from there. 36 a touch small for me, 40 is okay and 42 feels like a truck. until i messed with it many years ago I wouldn’t have guessed small numbers made such a big feeling.
