So last weekend I took a ride on the local trails, I was on a low speed steep section of the trail and the bike started creaking while braking as it can be heard on the video. I’ve already checked the headset, through axles, calipers, stem and the handlebar and everything seems to be fine torqued to spec. If it helps, the brakes are 4 piston shimano deore M6120 with XT-RT800 rotors (centerlock) 203mm front and 180mm rear. The bike is a hardtail, a Trek Roscoe 7 2023.

Check for crown steerer unit creak (CSU creak). It happens from time to time when the press for of the steerer tube into the crown gets slightly loose or corroded.
