Any damage that might have happened to the taper would be to the other side. The only time you would see damage on the side in your photos is if the taper was completely messed up.

Can’t tell from those photos. If the flats on the inside are damaged, they may not hold properly.

The grooves in the area where the bolt heads pushes? Unimportant.
It’s the condition of the inside of that square hole that matters. That’s the part that needs to be on spec.
