It doesn’t look like a Pista at all. Cant really tell because the picture is blurry as shit but those dropouts look like the ones many chinese frames have. It has a 1 inch headset with a quill stem but its a luggless frame? Also Pista’s have an integrated seat clamp. It just doesnt add up.
If you want to go for it, go ahead, but you are not buying a Bianchi.
