How much does this walmart mongoose bike weigh i think its original price was like 80 or 100 i bought it off a old lady down the road for 30 bucks.. is the frame itself whats weighing it down the most or can i upgrade the bike around the frame and have a decent bike?

All of it is heavy here, all hi-ten steel, 1pc cranks etc. Alright for $30 no harm done, but there’s no point using this as a jump off point for upgrading here.
