Click sound from the wide teeth of the chainring!

Been dealing with a similar problem, where the chain catches on a tooth as it is leaving the chainring.

It could possibly be that your chainring is not properly tightened to the crank arm. I would disassemble it, inspect it, clean and grease it and put it back together.

It could also mean that your chain is done for.
