I’m new to the SRAM Eagle drivetrain but it’s not shifting well at the top of the cassette. I’ll start with saying I’m almost positive the b gap and limit screws are set properly. 15mm b gap. And my hanger is not bent. I can microadjust the derailleur so that the chain does not rub the 52t cog when in the 42t position but then when I get down to the bottom of the cassette, the pulley is way too far to the right and wont shift up the cassette properly. What am I missing here? Photo attached of how it all looks in the 42t cog. Ignore the fresh wax and thanks in advance!

  1. SRAM Eagle is extremely sensitive to B gap distance and supplies a tool to precisely set it. On a full suspension bike, that tool must be used with the suspension at sag, which can be difficult. Make sure you have used the B gap tool.
