i tried doing everything i can but i simply don’t know how to find what chainring will fit these cranks , i want to replace my chainring as the chain is falling off and got told to replace with sram chain rings but cant find any info how to find one that fits these cranks. any help?

Maybe take a picture of the cranks?
Looks like you need a SRAM 3-bolt chainring. But before you go replacing things I think you need to check the position of your rear derailleur, or the chain length. Looks like there’s too much slack in your chain. Can you post a close up picture of the derailleur from the side?
