Spain just might be bikepacking paradise. Great food, relatively cheap, amazing off-road routes that are easy to find. Tijack + rohloff + son 28 dynamo + rigid fork is working out great. Barcelona street photos at the end.

Iām jealous, check places like barbacoas y ermitas on the route. Super nice places to sleep outdoor with fireplaces, water stations and sometimes even toilet rooms.
