The longer ones appear to be brake mount bolts, to mount your brakes

They are your brake pots and the … thing which stopts the cable before the seat post.
Check your bike for threaded holes. Long screws and the two bigger holow things are for the brake, the short screw and top thing in the picture goes on the frame, and the screw with a nut inside it. That last thing is what stops the cable.

I think those are all brake stuff, but the one up top may be but I can’t see from this angle, a gyro tab. If you have a detangler aka gyro for your whip.

You have brake mounts and bolts, those are the two longest bits.
Top right corner of the photo above the long bolt is your cable stop. You attach this to the bottom of your toptube (or your downtube depending on which part of rear triangle your brakes are meant to be)
Below the brake mount in the bottom left side of the photo is a barrwl adjuster, to micro adjust the tension of the brake cable in the cable stop.
And finally the short bolt and the silver nut, that’s your seat clamp bolt. Your frame likely has an integrated seat clamp and if you have a look, it’s empty now and one side has a little hex cutout for the nut to hold it in place.
TLDR. It’s all brake stuff you can ignore if you want to ride brakeless. the only piece you have to use is the seat clamp bolt.
