Hard to tell from the photo. Do you have any shifting problems?

Are you experiencing shifting issues? I spent a lot of time pondering this while cycling and wasted hours making adjustments. Then, I watched a YouTube video where the presenter suggested that if you’ve adjusted your upper & lower and maybe your B screw as well as indexed, tightened, or loosened your derailleur cable, and it’s still not working properly, simply replace your hanger. They’re only a few pounds and take just a few minutes to install. It fixed my problem, so I’ve bought a few now.

Slightly inwards yes. It should be parallel to the cassette
However it’s not terrible and could be tweaked straight without too much concern of breaking it
Also. Check if it’s tight

Is your derailleur like a mile from the cogs? Seems like something mounted wrong or b-tension screw cranked in too far.
