Basically title. Got a bike shop to change this wheel about six months ago. Today just noticed its not rolling straight.
Never had a wheel that's done this before.
Any chance this is a dud or should I just try and true it myself with a tension meter?
Thanks for any help.
Wheel needs truing after 6 months. Dud wheel or true it myself?

I build wheels professionally, hard to say for certain without knowing whether the rim is single or double wall, it could just be that it wasn’t under enough tension, maybe it wasn’t stressed and retensioned prior to being sold, or even just abuse
Id say give it a true, keep an eye on it
It’s not unusual, depending on usage, for a wheel to need truing after 6 months. You should be able to true it up no problem but don’t bother with a tension meter, they’re not even strictly necessary for wheel building.
