Tryna get back into bmx, original started out with a kink for a few years then it got stolen lol, never got back into after that, but tryna start back up and pinned it down to these two but unsure which to get any advice would help

Subrosa has a history of making sprockets without the bolt that attaches to the crank. It ended up causing me problems. Are they still doing it. Choosing a bike with good visibility is a nice plus. Especially at crowded skateparks. If you’re big/tall you might check out longer top tube frames.
The Kink Curb is a very small bike (20″ top tube), just sayin’.
I would go used on fb marketplace before either of these bikes you are looking at. Neither are chromoly steel and meant for teens just starting out. Neither are worth upgrading because they use high tensile steel.
Have you checked market place in your area. I’ve seen good bikes on there for that price or even cheaper that are 100% chromoly or at least the main tubing with good parts
