It’s hard to see what groupset (gears) it has given the side of the bike the picture is taken from. I think these had Shimano Tiagra.
Also, is the chain off? That’s slightly worrying. Nothing that’s not fixable, but it could be an indication of it needing a service and replacement parts. Thus increasing the cost further.
The Secteur is from like 2010-2015 or thereabouts, so it’s an in old bike and the above is likely true. Nothing wrong with that in principle but I think you could probably do better for the money.

It’s at least 15 years old. It went for £599 new in 2011. The exchange rate today is about $800 so make your offer. I’d not go over $225.

Aside from the bike, never use an used helmet!!

I started cycling on this bike it was awesome and I even used it as a commuter when I upgraded my to my current road setup. That being said not worth $300, $200 at most
