Tbh get a new frame with a mid bb case this thread on American bb is antiquated trash however on the on drive side those nuts come of but it’s reverse thread so to the right will loosen them

Big fuckin crescent wrench to get the lock nut off.
Then a big fucking flathead screw driver and a not very big hammer to give the outer cone a couple of taps to loosen it up.
It’s all left hand threaded, meaning it turns the wrong way to remove.
