Not the ratchet of the freehub but what I guess is the bearings? It doesn’t come across well in the video, but there is a low rumble where there should be silence.
The rim is a Mavic, but the hub looks kinda cheap and plasticky. Should I take it apart and service the bearings (or is that even possible)?

You can probably get into the bearings pretty easy. If they are sealed cartridge style replace them and if the are the type with a bunch of little balls in it just clean it all out and pack it with new grease.
