I noticed this hole recently. It’s getting a bit bigger. Thinking about throwing some duct tape on it or something, but maybe there’s a better solution?
Do you have a kickstand? Or do you just lean your bike against stuff? Some saddles are a little bit more hardwearing than others, like the Brooks cambium serie.

A few stitches and some shoe goo might do the trick, or a automotive vinyl leather repair kit.

Black caulking and masking tape to shape?
Since the area compresses, hard to make a rigid patch.
Sugru if you can get it, a flexible silicone plastic repair material.

Tape up the hole and get a bike seat cover to go over it, and it’ll be as good as new.

Buy a saddle from this century.

I would probably use some black epoxy to fill in the hole and still be flexible. I don’t think tape will work, but you may end up feeling the epoxy.
Perhaps epoxying / attaching a strip of fabric around the hole might be better?
