I've tried to find some kind of manual of explanation of to service/maintain this suspension and I'm just coming up with nothing. I keep seeing people say it has "very limited adjustability" but no one mentions how to actually do that. So I'm giving up and asking y'all. Can this shit actually be adjusted? If so, how?

Supposedly you can twist the knobs to adjust the firmness of the springs. But I have never noticed any difference
