Can’t really tell from pic. Nothing wrong with Presta.
Not high enough resolution to tell, but doubtful. Presta is usually on road bikes / thinner rims (700c, etc).
But no, most pumps can do both or you can buy a presta adapter for like a dollar (screws onto a presta and boom it’s schrader)
Looks like a Schrader valve. Wouldn’t really matter to me, only pricing is my concern with tubes, and in my experience with MTB and road tubes with presta are a tad expensive than Schrader.
Being a BMX I highly doubt it would be presta
It’s a tube, you can change it out after the inevitable first pinch flat. It would not affect my decision.
