Brought the bike to LBS for a tune up. Quick spin and the chain just flew off and dug itself straight Into the frame 😭
Is this frame done for? I’m going back to LBS and do a claim on insurance, but p*ssed AF right now.

It’s fine.
Obviously it’s on them to make it straight. The frame is probably fine, but the paint should be fixed at least in the places where raw carbon shows through.
