(Unsure if this is the right place to ask this question but here it goes)
I'm having this problem with one of my bib shorts' straps. I've had them for about 10 months and it started showing like 6 months ago but seems to be getting worse. I'm not sure what it is but kinda looks like nylon threads breaking. They still feel fine when I wear them though. I only wear/wash them about once a week so I was not expecting durability issues so soon.
Does anyone know what that is and how to avoid it? I've been washing them in the washing machine with temp at 30 C and hanging them to dry like it's recommended, but the machine spin I sometimes set at full speed, not sure if that's an issue.

It look like the elastic threads are snapping/degraded.
Reach out to the manufacturer? Feels like this could be a warranty issue
Yes, it’s likely spinning too fast. You only need 800-1000 RPM on bike stuff.
