I have a similar bike and want to add this pannier rack to replace the miserable stock one. I can’t seem to find this one anywhere, even google image search. I’ve seen it on one other bike but no info.
For extra info, this one is appealing as the bent bars give a little extra clearance and they get closer to the fender which mounts to the original rack.

Looks like a Topeak Explorer 29er that has been bent.
It’s actually [Topeak’s child seat bike rack](https://a.co/d/emILLtr). It has a hole in the middle of the rails which makes it compatible with [this seat](https://i.imgur.com/wvAqnhd.png). Don’t worry though, it still works perfectly fine with the normal Topeak bike bags (source, I own both).
That Topeak QuickTrack MTX system (which combines the matching back rack and back pannier) is simply amazing. Very easy slide & clip mechanism so it’s super easy to grab the bag and go once you park the bike. The photo shows the first iteration, now there’s the 2.0 which has a slightly simpler mechanism. I ended up buying a second Topeak back pannier, so I now have one with the fold-out side panniers and one lighter weight without.
