Penetrating oil would be my first thought. If you can’t get the threads to move you may just have to cut the spoke an buy a new one
Vice grips, and next time use brass nipples. Alloy nipples are dumb.
Might help if you tighten the spokes close by on the same side, and loosen the spokes close by on the other side. Will take more work to true it later, but theoretically will take some pressure off the hurt nipple.
