Cyclist, if you’re trying to work out if your saddle height is working well for you, it’s worth trying your position in different power outputs, especially if the force goes up. Put your bike in a harder gear or put the resistance up higher and run your power output up to something that represents threshold power. If you start moving around excessively, trying to compensate with your body to keep the power out going, you should find it easy to remain stable on these outputs. So, it’s worth considering putting your saddle back down slightly and testing

  1. Thought my position was good and power in flat is fine but any efforts while climbing get all the feeling in top of hamstring and gluten, feels like my quads are doing nothing , not sure if it's for/aft or saddle height
