The old 700×42 Conti Nordic Spikes I had laying around just barely fit. I've never run them on my Miyata. I've got about 3-4mm on either side at the chainstay. We'll see if they rub.

Great Miyata! I’m curious how much bigger I can go on my 615. I’ve got 35c now.
That’s too nice for the weather here…I run a beater bike in the winter that I care less about salt getting on.
